At doc request scheduled a f/u in June 2015 for June 2016. His office called me twice to reschedule due to conflicts in his schedule. I travel frequently for work so this was inconvenient. Finally at my appointment in August I walked in the door 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I was refused to be seen. They said I was suppose to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment. They said I would have gotten a call. I played back saved voucemail. No mention of 15 minutes early! :(
My father had to have a hospital emergency procedure to replace kidney stents and TURP.
