not prepared after weeks of waiting for this appt. Doctor was unprepared, rude and downright. uncaring. Never followed up on results and told us to make a follow up but they wouldn’t do at the desk. someone has to call us. still waiting ! really disgraceful, and frightening. my recommendation is to go somewhere else if you want to be diagnosed and get treatment. this isnt the place
It is rare that I am SO impressed by a doctor’s office and staff from beginning to end on each visit. They all have a smile and a positive attitude. The front staff are delightful. Terri is always kind, considerate and professional. Dave, who did all my testing, was an absolute delight. He is curious, listens, is intelligent and has a good sense of humor. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient staff and medical providers. Dr. Harcup is the standard bearer by which all medical providers should be judged.
