Pretty decent gym. It has just about everything you need to either improve, heavy lift, body build, and train physique. I took two stars because it doesn't have duplicates of some critical equipment; it needs to have at least two stair machine and an additional dual cable machine. The stair machine is so critical in any type of goal you have and I have only found one on the entire post for the 24 hour gyms. Come on, one? I know we have the funds.

Good gym, horrible service. The check-in hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time when all the military are working. The card reader at the door doesn't always work well. For a 24-hour gym, they don't have a website to check in at least. If you don't check in, your CAC doesn't have access. It's kind of crazy, considering it's a gym on the base, which is for military personnel.
