Very professional and came the day I called!
Anthony and Nate were exceptional! Anthony was very informative, pleasant and really knew his stuff~and he knew exactly what we needed. Nate is very lucky to be working as an apprentice alongside Anthony, as Anthony was a very good teacher. They really made us comfortable-and nowadays-that says so much. In fact-and I hope we don’t need Jack and Jill again-but if we do-we’ll be calling and requesting Anthony. Thank you Anthony and Nate!
I had Jack & Jill come out to address a clogged shower drain. Pros: Fast, they got to my house within 30 mins of calling despite it not being an urgent issue. The plumber who showed up was a nice guy and great to work with. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave me some good tips. Also seemed very knowledgeable. Company also followed up with a call to see how things went. Cons: The only thing is, after researching the issue after the fact, the price was very high compared to average in the area.
