Our tech, Jack, completed the work to clear our kitchen drain before noon. We were very satisfied with our the service we received and will use Jack and Jill Plumbing again.
Too bad I can't give 0 stars. The water heater was out in my mother in law's house, and my wife needed to get the problem fixed in order to sell the house. The problem was a bad thermocouple, which was properly diagnosed. The problem: AN $860 BILL TO INSTALL A $15 PART IN 20 MINUTES TIME. This place is a price-gouging money-stealing ripoff.
