We have been in our house for 9 years now and never had our drain pipes checked until now. As a preventative measure we called in Craig Faulks to check everything out. The plumber (Jake) who provided the service was very informative about the work he performed and gladly showed me the inside of the main pipes with the camera system he used. Jack & Jill plumbing helped me tremendously in setting up my laundry room. The pipes were old and needed fixing before the machine could be set up and they were able to price it out and get the job done in the same morning! The communication was excellent and they made sure to check that all the pipes were sturdy and not leaking, even from connections that they did not directly install which I appreciated so much! I would definitely recommend Jack & Jill to anyone in need.

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable. Miles diagnosed the blockage and hydro jetted the roots out. Taken care of in only a few hours. Prompt, efficient. I would recommend for plumbing issues in Rochester NY. Great website, too, the mark of a company that cares about its work and customers. 6 stars for Myles!
