Our AC quit blowing last night and Danny came out first thing today and had the issue found and fixed within an hour! Fair price and extremely nice! Could not recommend them more! Thanks so much!
My a/c was not working. I called and they were here within 30 minutes and they had my a/c working in under an hour. What wonderful service, prices were very competitive, I cannot say enough good about them. Thank you for the great service.
We have used them twice for emergency situations on the weekend. They are fast and helpful. They do charge a weekend/holiday fee but I think that is fair. It is an efficient family business as far as I can tell.
Our air went out on a HOT saturday, called and left a voicemail and Craig called me back within just a few minute. He was there in the next 30 minutes and had it back up and running! Call them for all your A/C needs!!
Of course our A/C would go out on a hot, holiday weekend! We weren't sure which company to call, but out of the four that we left voicemails, Falstreaux was the only one that responded. Our house was 90° and thankfully he said he'd be there in 30 minutes. And he was! He has our unit fixed within the next 30 minutes. We are truly thankful and won't use anyone else now.
