Absolutely, not deserving of even ONE STAR! I have never given a one star review for a Doctor's visit. By default, I have to give at least one star. I appreciate all they do for us. Dr. Ennis of Tennova in Clarksville, Tn is a good Doctor. His staff will be his demise. Kia, office lady, very incompetent individual. She will apologize for screwing up all day long.
