Booked appointment two weeks ago and I called a day before to confirm but no response and not enough room to leave voice message too. Very unsatisfied and I have to find new technician, everybody is booked for 3 weeks and I ended up finding no one so far. I need to shut off water pipes and prepare for winter. Please respect others' time too. At least, answer the calls and respond if you can't make it.
Sean was here when he said he would be and finished the job as quoted. He was very easy to deal with.
