I have worked with Craig over several years now. First we did the 10 session Ida Rolf recipe and it utterly changed my body. After that we started exploring, I have an inherited connective tissue condition that affects my fascia. Craigs work has fundamentally shifted how I feel in my body and decreased my chronic pain significantly. I could not recommend anyone higher for phenomenal body and movement changing body work.
Had a wonderfully helpful session today it really helped and I am feeling so grateful for the appointment. He is so good at understanding the body and what it needs..!
