This is the worst insurance agent ever. He is definitely NOT "on your side." I tried to talk to this representative about making changes to a policy and was basically told to take a hike. I was left on hold for a long period of time, only to be disconnected by being hung up on. The call was never returned. We will be switching to another insurance company.
Good evening, I reached out to this agency to get a better understanding of my car policy and today the least I was it was not a great experience. First, the person who answered the phone didn’t it seem to have the best attitude. Secondly, when speaking to the agent, they didn’t seem that knowledgeable about why I was paying what I was paying and didn’t offer me any discounts after being with them for over 5 years. After, I asked to speak with someone else she put me on hold for 45 minutes and then somehow the phone hung up.... read more
Contacted this agent for assistance with a claim and was left on hold for over 20 minutes just to be hung up on. Called back to be informed that none of my information was correct in their system and advised to contact yet another person. I feel completely dismissed and disrespected. I will be contacting state farms home office to inform them of the lack of compassion, empathy and respect this location has for their paying customers
