Dr. Rutland is very thoughtful and makes sure all bases are covered when discussing care. He discusses care plan with me which is great. He is very personable and listens!!
Great Doctor and very thoughtful and complete. I've been Dr Rutland's patient now for over 24years and have been very pleased ! Doc always takes the time scheduled to spend that time we me checking me thoroughly and asking questions about my health! I'm so grateful and feel honored that Dr Rutland is my Doctor!!!
