They have always treated me fairly. I would recommend them to anyone. The owner, Ed Mattox, goes out of his way to help folks.
I can’t say I am completely satisfied with Craig County Automotive! Granted I have never been there nor have I had any work done there! My review is for a phone call!! I happen to be in New Castle doing a housecleaning job with my daughter and my jeep wouldn’t start (battery going bad) i have a jump box that normally gets the job done however this day it was VERY COLD outside and the box just wasn’t cutting it! These people are rude non professional hillbilly's and that's the truth backwoods mechanics. There not mechanics hell I can do what they do
