Best bunch of guys ever, Especially love Sam.....My first time at this business and state inspection took a little longer than expected, but the service was exceptional and all the employees were very polite, so much so that I felt inclined to leave a tip to the gentleman that did my inspection as it was very cold so he pulled my vehicle to the front so that I did not have to walk in the cold....I will definitely be back....This place reminds me of how we grew up and how I wish businesses were today, Because most businesses ... read more

I can’t say I am completely satisfied with Craig County Automotive! Granted I have never been there nor have I had any work done there! My review is for a phone call!! I happen to be in New Castle doing a housecleaning job with my daughter and my jeep wouldn’t start (battery going bad) i have a jump box that normally gets the job done however this day it was VERY COLD outside and the box just wasn’t cutting it!
