I had a great experience when I lived at 100 Fellsway. This was one of my favorite places to live and when I moved out of state it broke my heart to leave. The management was great. They helped me with the move out process and explained what I needed to take care of before my move. I even got my whole deposit back even through there was some minor repairs to be made. The management told me that fell under normal wear and tear. I highly recommend this company.
Absolutely horrible place. Landlord Richard Berg does not pay back security deposit and his "property manager" Christina Whitting of Double Click realty is rude and unprofessional.
