Horrible Dr office and the employees are even worse!
Extremely upset. I was a patient with Dr. Kneten for years and loved him. However, at one point I started having extreme stomach issues and I was unable to get an appointment quickly- so I was scheduled with Dr. Du (I know I’m spelling that wrong) at the Blue Mound location. She was rude and dismissive of me. She told me my issues were in my head. She said I was having stomach issues because I was fat and needed to eat better. Best Doctor EVER with the best staff!
Extremely upset. I was a patient with Dr. Kneten for years and loved him. Absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever seen. My wife has been with him for over 5 years now and he has made her life 10x better. He has made the effort to get her into see specialist and does a personal check up on all of her other doctor reports. My wife has a laundry list of Illnesses and he was able to get her pain level from a constant 8 out of 10 to a 3 out of 10.
