Very frustrating. Appt was moved 3 times since last May. We waited 1 hour in the exam room for the doctor. Appt took 10 minutes and not much was accomplished. He didn't even explain the EKG. Said it was normal, but EKG noted abnormal. Pt has history of afib and septal myocardial infarction. He suggested 2 meds to avoid a stroke. Meds would cost $600 to $900 a month which we can't afford. Doctor is great as always but the wait is ridiculous. Appt was at 10:00, taken in room about 10:05, doctor did not come in until almost 11:00. Then had to wait another 20 min after he left for med assembly to return with instructions. The staff has improved greatly however. They all uses to be pretty rude and incompetent. This is an old post from our previous visit. Our visit on the 25th was a little better, wait-wise and staff-wise. Well, I got good news from the Doc this visit, which is great - but I did not make this 5 stars only because they were running a bit behind so my 10:15 slot actually happened at 11:30 (when the mA took me in back) and I did not see the doc for another 10 minutes (but that's fine). I recognize that their backlogs are not really in their control, but had I not had to wait over na hour this would be 5 stars Update - 5/14/25 - this time my visit was more pleasant - I was actually taken back 10 minutes early!
