Well had been seeing him for a couple of years I was sent to him for my neck he gave me pain meds and all was good for couple years then out of the blue he starts asking if my back hurt so he could start shots to cover his butt with the government so he starts shots in my back still gives me the meds but ignore the neck problem ... then tells me I had no medicine in my body after bloodscreen dismisses me because I was allergic to the shots .. fake blood screen I always took my meds . He lies
