This review is for the referral group. I have no idea how long the employees in this department have been doing their job, but they are very not very good or efficient at it. I had to reschedule an appointment with my cardiologist five, 5, times because they could not find his medical identification number. One person couldn't find my cardiologist in the FL BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD physician list. It took me all of a minute to find him. Pleasant office experience. Staff are great, welcoming and personable. Dr. Burns is always professional!
