Craig Brett Homes exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new home. We found them to be honest and transparent. The home build itself was of quality and we have had no unresolved issues going on 4 plus years. We purchased using a VA loan that while very beneficial can cause some extra steps on the builder side of things but Craig Brett Homes worked with us through all of it. All in all a rewarding home building experience. If we build again, Craig Brett Homes will be who we will work with.

My daughter had a contract with Craig Brett that they sent while working out of state, she signed and actually had an appointment set up to choose flooring per his request when he sold to someone else , 3 days from being back home, two which of those days were the weekend.. because he had to "keep the painters on schedule".. and had told her "she was fine".. wow
