My daughter had a contract with Craig Brett that they sent while working out of state, she signed and actually had an appointment set up to choose flooring per his request when he sold to someone else , 3 days from being back home, two which of those days were the weekend.. because he had to "keep the painters on schedule".. and had told her "she was fine".. wow

When you work with a builder who says everything is fine.. and you sign a contract and he ends up not signing up because he can get more money from someone else tells you about the Integrity of Craig Brett builders
We were very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Craig Brett Homes throughout the build of our new home. We started working with them several months before construction was complete; they were flexible and accommodating with change requests so we could customize the home to fit our needs within budget. We've now lived here for 2 months, everything is still great and we would highly recommend them as a builder due to high quality, craftmanship, and solid timelines/communication.
From my personal experience If you’re looking for a builder, that will use the worst subcontractors and cut corners then hire this builder. The quality of their concrete, painting, fit, and finish, electrical work is the worst in the industry. They do build an outstanding home providing you only want to live there or want your stuff to last three years.
