I’ve been a home/auto customer of Craig Berry for 13 years. I’ve reached out to add vehicles, drivers, ask about coverages and premiums. This morning I called him and got him personally on the phone and we spoke in detail for 30 minutes about my first ever auto claim. Do you think GEICO or Progressive offer that level of personal expertise and support? Craig is a great agent when it counts. My claim process today was incredible with State Farm. Thank you, Craig!

I signed up with State Farm through Craig's office for property and auto insurance over ten years ago. Despite staying with him all these years, it certainly hasn't been because of his customer service. He rarely returns calls and seldom follows through on his promises. The service has been abysmal! 1 star is being generous.
