This Attorney landlord consistently fails to meet basic ethical and maintenance standards. While He demand on-time rent and tenant courtesy, he become unresponsive and unreasonable when it comes to returning security deposits or addressing repairs. Tenants are nickel-and-dimed, creating a stressful and unfair living situations.
