Loved the Dr. and hygienist. Ultimately my family and I left the practice as a result of the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. I called a few days ahead to cancel an appointment for my husband and I, but still got charged with a $100.00 no-show fee even though I had the call log to prove I had called beforehand to cancel. Did a whole bunch of stuff I didn't need or want and and billed my insurance and me for it. When they could've just did what I needed. Waste of time costed me $2500?
Very nice staff. Explained everything well and answered any questions I had.
Daniele, is the exception, she took the time and explained every detail and made show I understood what needed to be done and when and the financial obligations. Dr. Craig Baker and Daniele have grat energy and are the perfect TEAM, Jen, wasn't so bad herself.
