Every employee I spoke to, whether in person or on the phone, was very respectful and kind. In comparison to some other quotes I had for similar service, the price was fair. They were open and honest as well. For example, I thought I'd need a major repair on my power steering pump to pass an inspection but they said it was not necessary if passing was all I wanted. They had an opportunity to lie for money's sake but chose not to. Honesty is a great Godly trait and I will be returning here for repairs in the future.
Absolute professionals! Unfortunately my truck was a basket case. It started with a frozen AC compressor, which then cascades into evaporator, condenser (front and rear), and vacuum actuator. Then a couple bad batteries, gliw plugs, and glow plug harness due to not being able to run after repairs. They did their due diligence by insuring the proper parts were installed correctly and see to it I was safe in the road. My wife and I have been going to Craig's automotive for all of our car needs for the past couple years. Matt is always great at giving the rundown on what needs fixing in level of importance, and they've always gotten our cars ready to go in a timely manner. Great communication overall and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I was driving through town (not from Rogersville) and the warning lights for my tires kept going off. I had three toddlers in a car I was unfamiliar driving. I pulled over into this business and they were angels helping me feel safe driving. Thank you!
