Shannon was especially helpful with my insurance issues.. switching us from a company that actually had done us wrong ... seeing us through all the hurdles and assisted me , answering many questions and helping me to finally get a super good qoute and making sure everything went through correctly ... I was very glad to have her assistance and definitely the best price we've had in years! Thanks again Shannon!
If I could give 10 stars for Shannon, I would. Fast, courteous, helpful. I only give this for the actual person when I can get to a person. The automated menus and talking to people in other countries and remotely is terrible, inefficient, and a waste of my valuable time, and I would give Taylor Made negative 100 stars when they force me to use this. Talking to a real person, here, is the only way to do customer service right. Taylor and Shannon win big on this!
