Was very happy with NP Jennifer Weldon-Greenfield. She addressed my thyroid issues when I came to see her. No complaints. Dr. Snow lacks any empathy. I had ongoing fatigue, cold intolerance, weight loss. His recommendation was a sleep study. His staff never assisted in setting that up nor informed me of anything. My mother is dying and his regard for me as a patient is dismissing me. I have never been rude, or had any unreasonable requests. I have been a patient of Dr. Snow's for many years. Thinking of changing my insurance coverage to save money, but sadly, Dr Snow is not on the new plan. Hence, I'll be staying put!!

He is a nice enough guy, and competent, though it is hard to wade through all the bureaucracy to get a referral, and those are always within Healthfirst , which is good for the doctor's profit sharing but not necessarily the best doctor for the patient. Although this office is supposed to be general medicine, I sometimes feel that I'm being parted out like a 59 Oldsmobile. No one is looking at my overall health and I can't even schedule a mammogram or other routine testing through his office.
