Very satisfied with my visit.office staff very friendly and informative.
From start to finish I couldn’t ask for a friendlier more professional yet accommadating staff. The person at the desk was warm and kind and Dr. Krupp was wonderful. She explained everything very clearly and was extremely sympathetic and sensitive to my needs .
Was referred by my doctor to go to Institute Hearing & Balancing and exam by Jenna Trupp an audiologist. Making appointment with them was fast and easy. First time here, staffs were amazingly kind and very welcoming. Wait time was quick to be seen. Jenna Trupp is friendly, kind, professional and patience in explaining how the producer works. she explains what I need to do step by step and the instructions were easy to follow. The staff at NYHD simply know what they're doing. From the Patient Coordinator to Ms. Crossland the Audiologist, it's clear they are all first class professionals. My many questions I had about my diagnosis, future care, billing and follow up car were all answered completely, confidentially and patiently The NYHD Institute for hearing and balance are the best. I recommend them without hesitation.
Dr. D'Auria and the entire staff are outstanding in every possible way. The office staff is always helpful and welcoming. They are terrific. The care and follow-up from Dr. D'Auria are exceptional.
