Dr Jones made my ear healthy again, so I could hear again. I didn’t even realize all that was going on in my ear, but I’m glad the doctor did. I didn’t even realize how bad my hearing was until I left the office and could hear again beautifully! Very exciting!
Terrible. Made an appointment for my 9 month for a consultation for ear tubes as directed by her pediatrician. Called the day before for a “Covid Screening” I let them know she had a cough (this was due to her ear infection). Got to her appointment and they turned us away because of the cough. After talking to the woman at the desk, they don’t even do surgery on babies! Why would you even have us come there then?? Waist of time and now my daughter is in pain for another month. 1st off no relation to Dr. Jones. We started out with Dr. Jones when he was with the other group in Hyannis. We've experienced nothing but professionalism from Dr. Jones and his staff. We were so satisfied with his service that we followed him to his practice in Mashpee. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.
