(Visited in May 2024) I brought my BMW in for a persistent screeching noise from both rear wheels after the main dealer couldn’t identify the cause after several visits. Cragos kept the car for almost two days, charged me over £200 for “diagnostics,” and came to the conclusion that the wheel bearings were faulty, quoting £1,000+ to replace them.
