Brian and Cody did a cleaning of the exterior windows today, including the sills. They did a really beautiful job! These guys also did the whole house, inside and out, in the spring and the work was very thorough and professional.
Excellent communication. In the 30 years we have lived in our home, this is the best interior and exterior cleaning we have had. Attention to detail is AMAZING.
Craggs was wonderful! A great customer experience all around: 1. Shannon provided a quote within 10 minutes 2. Garrett and Jacob were super friendly, very helpful and left our windows and screens crystal clean - it was a delight looking out this morning! 3. Cherry on the top: they were able to come out the same day! I know that was just lucky but I take it :) We'll definitely call Craggs back next year!
I was very disappointed with Craggs cost and appraisal process. Over the phone they quoted me anywhere from $400 to the absolute highest of $700. Which was pretty much in line with another estimate I received from their competitor, who actual came out to appraise the job. I went with Craggs because their schedule could get it done much sooner. When Craggs workers came they told me that they could only get half the job done because they were getting started so late in the day and would need to return to complete the job. They... read more
