Thanks a million. Cragg's engineers have just done a brilliant job of isolating a heating circuit on our boiler, which then allowed our system to heat the water and keep everyone happy. The warm weather will look after the heating and Cragg's have ordered a new pump which should get the system back top to full operation early next week. Super service.
Brilliant company, always happy to help and will give you honest advice about your heating system. I would always trust them over the larger companies. Can't recommend enough!
Kept ringing always answer machine left 2 messages but never got in touch. We are both retired and desperate, as had no heating through the -9 weather. Have always used Craggs but never again, sorted now with another heating company,
