Highly disappointed feel scammed out of $265 dollars and they truly don’t care at all I purchased a cracked pole saw they had me drive an hour away from my home to replace the gear box that’s cracked couldn’t get the part because it’s on back order when I asked for a refund so I can buy a new pole saw they wanted me to send a receipt and work order to and email that how ever kept saying the same thing “ The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.
