Had railings placed in my backyard from our home, around the patio, and stairs. These guys did an amazing job. The railings are stunning. We have received so many compliments. I can thank you enough! We are so happy with your craftsmanship 😄
. this is an update from the post above. Ray has taken over the company he sold . He is the most stand up guy you would ever want to deal with. When i told him what happened to me he came and repaired the fence and gates. His workmanship is unmatched. if anyone needs rail work done he is your man! God Bless America
Craftmens Railings are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They play a cat and mouse game like champions, and their workmanship is terrible. The railings they delivered came with sloppy welds. After many attempts too rectify this problem, they removed the railing from my stone steps, and replaced the railing painted in the wrong color! So they removed again to repaint, and finally recemented for third time. Fast forward 1 year and the paint has chipped to bare aluminum and the railing is wobbling severely!! Ma... read more
