Shawn has completed two projects for us and we couldn’t be more happy. Even despite unforeseen complications, Shawn still managed to get our work done on time and in budget. He was very upfront with the cost and didn’t upsell us anything we didn’t need, very honest guy. We look forward to working with him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Our in-law suite suite flooded, I am talking over 10 inches of water in my parents apartment, only months after my dad passed away. It’s taken some time to review, as I dislike making negative comments. Although I can only hope this eases my mind on the situation. We had this company in last year to fix damage from a leak, frame work, insulating, drywall, plaster and paint, flooring and backsplash. A large job! Shawn had shown initial great customer relationship, understanding and communication. That had diminished as the project went on, with failed communication and no customer satisfaction over his own. Sean single handedly did a complete reno of our ensuite bathroom and we couldn't be happier. He stands behind his work and has readily returned when an unexpected glitch happened. We call on him for home renos as he's become our go-to guy.
