I have resided at craftsman village for four months. Shortly after I moved in there was an issue with the AC and the property manager Summer, immediately took steps to address the problem. It took a couple days because parts needed to be ordered but Summer kept me informed and the problem was quickly resolved. In the short time I've been here I have found Summer to be friendly and responsive. I appreciate feeling confident that Summer will continue to be on top of any other situations that might arise in the future.
I love and appreciate how kind and caring the property manager summer is . She is very supportive and resourceful and is always willing to help out as much as she can , she’s really made my experience here amazing and I’d definitely recommend staying here just on her behalf. Such a very cool , calm and collected woman

awful. my family came to apply to live here and ended up leaving before grabbing the application, there was trash everywhere, kids running around barefoot with broken glass on the pavement, the sign was covered in graffiti and gang tags.
