We moved in on September 27 i had my baby on September 29 so i didnt get to go home till October 1 and we found Marijuana on October 2 even tho there was a cleaning crew come in and 'clean' and nails all over on the floor. Someone was banging on our back window and tried opening our back door on October 4. I called the cops made a report. Moved in to craftsman village recently. I believe the experience was very good. Craftsman village property manager Keith Jamison and area manager Summer Alswager was pleasant experience. Thank you for the good experience moving in.
Mold on the ceilings have told them my dishwasher don’t work stove started on fire went to the property manager and pretty much was brushed off my car was broken into and asked to watch the cameras was told they would get back to me and nothing worst place since they owned the property and ur building will always have police being contacted if you have animals don’t as the mothers let there kids abuse them
I moved in here mid March, I called everyday to see if I was approved, the gentleman in the office kept telling me it was mine, because my current lease was ending. I wasn’t notified till Feb 25th to sign a lease for March 1st, that’s also when I was told how much my rent would be. It’s a lot for an income restricted place! The cleaning company they have left my front door unlocked all night with my belongings inside. I had to argue to get updated appliances, I even had to buy my own register cover for the upstairs bathroom!... read more
