I moved in here mid March, I called everyday to see if I was approved, the gentleman in the office kept telling me it was mine, because my current lease was ending. I wasn’t notified till Feb 25th to sign a lease for March 1st, that’s also when I was told how much my rent would be. It’s a lot for an income restricted place! The cleaning company they have left my front door unlocked all night with my belongings inside. I had to argue to get updated appliances, I even had to buy my own register cover for the upstairs bathroom!... read more
We booked a tour online and everything got confirmed. I called saying I will be arriving 10 minutes late. Turns out they had no apartments to show and had 30 people on a waitlist as well for the man to tell me that their website is wrong. Before booking online for a tour please call because why would they have false advertising saying they have spots open.
I have resided at craftsman village for four months. Shortly after I moved in there was an issue with the AC and the property manager Summer, immediately took steps to address the problem. It took a couple days because parts needed to be ordered but Summer kept me informed and the problem was quickly resolved. In the short time I've been here I have found Summer to be friendly and responsive. I appreciate feeling confident that Summer will continue to be on top of any other situations that might arise in the future.
I love and appreciate how kind and caring the property manager summer is . She is very supportive and resourceful and is always willing to help out as much as she can , she’s really made my experience here amazing and I’d definitely recommend staying here just on her behalf. Such a very cool , calm and collected woman
