Craftman stairs where terrific to deal with and professional in manner of all works. And the finnished project of external stairs were outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone.
It was an absolute positive experience in dealing with Rod and Marny. There was regular communication and when installed the job was professional and high quality. I don't say this very often but i would absolutely recommend this company - It is heartenig to see there are still small businesses that care and communicate and do a damn good job.
Old school craftsmanship with great service and great outcome. Rod was happy to work through any questions we had and tweak aspects as the staircase was delivered. Very happy with outcome and strongly recommend.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rod and Marni at Craftsman Stairs. They listened to our requirements and managed to translate our ideas and hand drawn plans exactly. They were also flexible and helpful with install timing. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the result. It is truly quality workmanship and they fit the space perfectly. I won't hesitate to recommend Craftsman Stairs to anyone.
Not so much a set of stairs - more a work of art ! Lovely people to work with, can't recommend enough. We are both over the moon !
