They replaced our roof and were very difficult to deal with throughout the entire project. Now 3 yrs. later some tiles are coming loose & they are not responding to phone calls. When spending almost $50,000 for a new roof at least a return phone call would be appreciated. Had to pay for repair out of pocket. Beware of this companies customer service & promises when selling their services. Also had to repair gutters a year after they were installed. They do not stand behind any of their work.
Bob Ristow came and inspected my roof. While others wanted to just sell me something, he was honest. He told me my roof didn’t need replacement and offered to help me with the insurance company that was strictly going by age, not condition. He was honest, respectful, and on time. When I do need a new roof, I know I will be able to trust them and do quality work. Peace of mind is priceless. And Bob is a good guy. I would definitely recommend Craftsman.
Update to roof installation my contractor was Terry out of Charlotte he was helpful and I liked him a lot. My insurance approved $16k. The roof looks good but that’s where it ends. They installed brand new shiny white gutters but not the downspouts that made no sense to me but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Which leads me to my biggest issue which is where my roof and metal roof that covers my porch meet my whole reason for letting them install my roof was him assuring me that they could fix the leak. Craftsman Roofing was an absolute dream to work with. They handled everything including insurance claims and correspondence. The level of professionalism and the quality of work they provided on my new roof was everything I could've hoped for. David Price was the project manager and was in constant communication with me, always on time and over delivered.
