Disappointing make shore you get the job finished before you pay. Only positive was Shaun came same day. He said he would comeback after Hunter water cleared the shaft blockage to put the camera down the sewer line and after multiple attempts to get him back he didn’t show up to finish the job I paid for

We needed a gas stove replaced and was given a quote of $1650 and told we had no choice but to pay to remove all old piping due to rust and leak risks. . Other plumbers quoted $350 and said the pipes are old but not rusted and offered to do a pressure test to check for leaks. The plumber originally said he would supply a second hand stove but got stroppy when we asked about options - seems he didn’t like being caught out on his money grab approach. I wonder how many people are paying for things they may not need

Highly recommend Shaun from Craftman Plumbing and Drains. I called this morning with a toilet not flushing properly, I was given a time for Shaun to arrive this afternoon and received a text message when he was on his way. Five stars for communication. The quote was reasonable and the work completed to a high standard. Shaun was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We will be using this company again.
