Cameron and everyone at Craftsman were awesome! I had a pretty major leak in my water line, and Cameron was able to immediately diagnose the issue and then the team worked with my local utility to get it fixed! The customer service was awesome, and Cameron did a great job explaining everything to my toddler. I’m definitely using Craftsman for all my plumbing needs.
Had what I thought was a hot water heater issue and called them out. Our technician Cameron ended up doing extra checks was able to fix the issue quickly without needing a costly repair. We were very happy with the service.
Monty showed up on time and kindly walked me through the service needed to fix the low water pressure in the shower. He quickly understood how to fix the problem and was incredibly efficient and thoughtful throughout the process. He did a great job, and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you for the excellent service!
