My wife and I live in a 120 year old house and when some old metal pipes backed up and started leaking we called the right people. Cameron came out and did a thorough inspection and clearly explained what was going on. Next morning, came out removed the old pipes and installed new ones. Problem solved and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his help.
Tankless water heater went out. Wouldn't give me a rough quote over the phone, even if I sent them a picture (other companies do this). They charged $49.99 to come out, spent only a few minutes looking at what I could have sent them in a picture, and then went out to the van. Came back a few minutes later and quoted me >$12,000. Nothing else to say, really.
I booked an appointment window of 1-3pm. A receptionist called at 3 and said they were running late but a service person was still in the way. The repair person arrived at almost 6pm. Monty was very professional and was very respectful of my home. I could tell he was skilled and walked me through the process. I watched as he proceeded through his work.
