Cameron was great! Very helpful, super informative and friendly.
Zack is awesome. I called with an emergency situation and Zack was luckily available and at my house within 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and came up with a really good temporary solution because we had other contractors working in the same area he was accessing. Now I have water!! He will be back within days for the permanent fix. Professional, knowledgeable and respectful!

Along with being a knowledgeable plumber, our Craftsman plumber Zach has top-notch customer service skills. He was respectful of our home and the work I’d done to improve it. This is the second time I’ve used Craftsman Plumbing, and once again Monty did an outstanding job (this time to replace all the decades-old shutoff valves in three bathrooms…in one valve the rubber seal was deteriorated to the point it was a flooding accident waiting to happen). Monty was meticulous, detailed and answered all my questions.
