They showed up on time and quickly fixed a loose kitchen faucet. They fixed the issue and noticed another issue that could occur down the line and proactively quoted me for fixing that. Great service! Will definitely use again!
This is the second time I’ve used Craftsman Plumbing, and once again Monty did an outstanding job (this time to replace all the decades-old shutoff valves in three bathrooms…in one valve the rubber seal was deteriorated to the point it was a flooding accident waiting to happen). Craftsman Plumbing impressed me with their informative website and quick response to my inquiry (emailed late in the night) for a secondary drain cleaning. Kayla at the dispatch office called me in the morning with email confirmation.
