We purchased a home through Craftsman Homes in 2024. It's a 2 bed 2 bath single wide in a park but it was brand new. I am not complaining but just giving a true review. I am very thankful to have a roof over my head that didn't put me into crazy debt. This house was made very, very cheap. Everything in it is cheap. The faucets are plastic, the counter tops are laminate countertops and the laminate wasn't even glued down all the way so there are a few bubbled up areas. Don’t work here! Waited almost 3 weeks because I was dealing with an unprofessional lady named Diana. Went in multiple times was told I was good just waiting for emails to be sent over to fill out so I can get fired. Come to find out my they denied because of my background check. I have nothing other than 2 things. Something I want even charged for and a minor offense when I was 18 I’m 23 now and haven’t been arrested nothing. Maybe be straight up and honest and don’t give people a run around for almost 3 weeks
If you are setting your own home or just doing DIY home projects these guys are incredibly helpful. Would recommend 100%
I purchased my home through the Silver Springs location, but the Reno office handles all the construction, installation, and service work for the project. My sales person Kellie Wheeler was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rene Coronado, the construction Foreman was also excellent to work with and very knowledgeable.
