Francis is one of a kind! If you need a garage door or your garage door needs service, call Francis. My service call was pretty straightforward, just an adjustment and lubrication, but Francis showed me exactly what I needed to do to service/adjust the garage door myself in the future. He was prompt and the service was excellent, all at a fair price.
