*** and ***** did an excellent job recaulking my shower. *** coordinated for ***** to arrive before the scheduled time, and ***** immediately started working on the shower. He did an excellent job! It was difficult finding someone to recaulk my shower, because others just wanted to replace my show which was not necessary.
These guys did a fantastic job working on some wood rot on my home, The repairs they made were done with such precision the repairs arent noticeable at all, Ive been very impressed with the work and had them quote out some smaller jobs that I just dont have the time for. I look forward to working with these guys again!
*** and Craftsman Direct have been a life saver for me, a previous subpar repair of my deck led me needing more repairs just 3 months later after weeks of reaching out to the previous company we contacted Craftsman Direct and they were able to get my hand rails cut properly to the correct angles not leaving massive gaps where the railing meets in the corners. I couldn't be happier! There was no non-sence about the quote (other companies were very vague in their quotes). I was expecting there to be water damage that would need extensive repairs - and they could have just told me that - but these guys were honest, professional workers. Although they recommended their own custom door (which I now wish i had gone with), they were willing to let me take advantage of a sale at Lowe's and even picked up the door on the morning of the assignment.
