I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had an excellent experience with Craftsman Collision in Cranbrook. I only expected them to repair the scratch on my front bumper, but they also replaced my headlights because they couldn’t be buffed out and cleaned the entire interior and exterior of vehicle. It was an ICBC claim, so I only paid the deductible and it was well worth the money. The staff is also very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
