They went out of their way to take our son's jeep for repair when they were vary busy. We highly recommend Craftsman Collision.
Small job repairing door damage from hit and run in Superstore parking lot. Totally professional operation from the moment I walked in the door. Top not service dealing with ICBC claim, car rental and my 2024 Subaru was completed to like new condition. Couldn’t ask for a better result.
They are excellent to deal with and do great work in Cranbrook, BC.
I called looking for help. I asked asked if my vehicle was drive able. Not know exactly what he meant, I said sort of, he mumbled not taking those and hung up me. I called back found that the hang up was intentional and the message was were too busy, look elsewhere. Would not recommend.
