Took my car in for an icbc claim, broken window, and they detailed my car, vaccumed and polished the entire interior, fixed my broken tire pressure sensors, either reset or fixed whatever was causing the check engine light, and topped up my fluids - all without me asking. Very happy! Good customer service.
Highly recommend this location for all of your auto repair needs. I go here for all of them and always get great, professional service. They provide courtesy cars. Never had a bad experience. My family also goes here for their auto repair needs.
They inspected my car, and provided an estimated cost of repair to ICBC. ICBC told them the max repair cost can be 50% higher than their quote. They still refused to fix my car stating that there would be hidden damages. So their initial estimate is so inaccurate that they want more than 50% of the cost available as extra. When I asked them to elaborate further on specifics, how there could possibly be that much more hidden damage, they couldn't.
