Great place to take your icbc claim. They were very receptive and listened to all the issues I had with my vehicle after the accident, and did a thorough examination. Although the car was a write off, their numbers were spot on.
I had a terrible experience dealing with this place for an icbc claim... I took the car back 5 times! And in the end the car still had scratches on the side. So what I'll take it back a 6th time?? After the 1st time they settled the claim so I wasn't able to get another rental car.. so much time wasted and money lost being off work as they are only open 9-5.. the manager was really nice and tried his best to make sure I was happy but unfortunately the people doing the work on the car were terrible.
