I've been to the cotton road location a few times and I have always been happy with the quality of the repairs and paint match. This last experience was however not what I expected. It took forever and many trips back for repairs and adjustments to my door. Way too slow in my opinion. Sadly the door that was replaced does not fit as the original door did. It's definitely not the same. I like these guys but have to review this honestly. Thanks very much sorry guys I really wanted to give a great review.
Their work is excellent. Their prices are high, but they do a good job. Mr. Dave has very good management, and Ms. Atefeh is very helpful to customers and fellow countrymen. I just wish ICBC would provide some support so these guys could provide better service to their customers.
Excellent service. Something was forgotten when getting fixed. They made it a priority to solve and didn’t charge me extra. Lots of places charge extra for their own mistakes. Dave and team have integrity and offer excellent customer service.
