AWESOME SERVICE While travelling home to Winnipeg from Vancouver the glass in our sunroof exploded...we received much needed and very generous assistance at Craftsman Collision when we stopped for the night in Kelowna. Shannon graciously offered to cover and tape up the shattered roof which held up 2 days later. Sending a BIG THANKYOU to Shannon & Jolene and the young man that got us home. Jan & Dave

Will not be returning for service. They fixed some damage to my front bumper. The tab on my bumper had started to pull away a few weeks after they performed their maintenance. When I brought it back for them to fix it, they didn't even try. They just sent me off with a printout of a Toyota forum from the internet saying this type of thing is normal. It is not normal. A better body shop could and WOULD fix it. The fact that they didn't even try honestly blows my mind. I can find almost anything on the internet to back anythin... read more
