Needed a new back window… they told me it would take 2-3days.. never contacted me.. I had to call multiple times over the course of a month and was told the back window is on back order. Never got an update or anything. The first other repair shop I called said they located a window and could fix it this week. Super annoyed I went over a month unable to drive my car.
