Super service. They were accommodating to calling icbc & changing damage location & setting up a rental car for me that picked me up at their shop. Great communication, fast service, and friendly staff. I’d highly recommend snd use again, if needed.
I don't recommend them to anyone at all it doesn't worth to drop off your vehicle here for them to do the repair for you. They are super slow of doing repair process and don't update you on timely manner you need to send lots of text massages to them about repair process and they respond whenever they want. Craftsman Collision repaired my vehicle after it was rear-ended & I'd submitted an ICBC claim. Their work was good & I was happy with the repairs. I also really appreciated that they cleaned & washed my car before I picked it up. My only recommendation is that they communicate better, by phone call, text, or email, when there is an unexpected delay. Originally, I'd been told that the repairs would take 1 week, but after 1 week had come & gone, I'd had to call Craftsman to find out what was happening. My car wasn't fixed yet ... read more
I would highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, did a fantastic job with my Prius. Everyone from the reception, to the person overlooking my icbc repair details, to the owner are polite, patient and knowledgeable and attentive. It was a job well done and they will have a repeat customer if I ever need to (even though I live in Coquitlam). Two thumbs up!
