I tore my bumper loose pulling out of a parking spot due to having underestimated the height of the curb. Having been told by a few people in the industry that the whole bumper would have to be replaced, I made my claim with that assumption, which would have meant arranging a rental for the duration estimated to be 1-2 weeks. We recently had our 2006 Nissan Xtrail fixed through an ICBC claim. It had minor bumper, side panel and front light damage. We are very satisfied with the work done on the car and want to say thank you to Tony who made the process very easy to understand from the initial appointment till the end. Our car was fixed within the time frame that was promised and quality of workmanship is great. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with car body damage through ICBC claim.
Had some repairs done to my truck after being rear ended. To my luck, I was helped by Tony who really made the experience stress free and honestly enjoyable. He was super communicative throughout the whole process with lots of updates, what work was going to be done, and he also went out of his way to get the work done for a deadline of my own. The detail and overall quality of the repairs was top tier. I would highly recommend getting repairs done here, but more specifically, ask for Tony!!! You won’t be disappointed.
A few months ago, Craftsman North Vancouver was recommended to us by our insurance company. Their work and customer service was excellent. This month we wanted an uninsured repair job completed. The Craftsman people showed us how to minimize our cost and the results are again excellent. There is no need to shop around. Craftsman employees are wonderful problem solvers and professional in every way.
Hi. This is the best body shop I have ever experienced. My BMW was repaired really well. You really can't tell it was in an accident. They are a great and professional group.
