I received excellent service at Craftsman Collision on 1st Ave. Manager Kevin was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate a mid way repair progress phone call. Everybody at shop was friendly n helpful. The pair job was great. Minor scratches on my car were buffed w no extra cost. Car was so clean inside out when I picked it up. Can't thank this Craftsman enough. Was rear-ended so fully covered under insurance with a courtesy car included while my car was in the shop. Easy process, everything explained clearly.
