Amazing experience at this location! The customer service was outstanding, and my car was repaired much faster than I expected. I brought in my Ford Escape for front bumper damage, and they did an incredible job — it looks as good as new. The staff were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Tony was especially great and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly, highly recommend!
Kevin and team did amazing work on my car that was hit on my driver side front bumper while it was parked, it looks so great I couldn’t be happier with the results and I really appreciated the updates they provided me with:)
Great service, good communication, fixed my car well, car was cleaned and they gave me a complimentary windshield brush/scraper.
Just had a door handle repair completed at Craftsman Collision. Service was excellent, as was the cost. The technician provided a temporary fix for the door while waiting for the part to arrive. Highly recommend this business. (Very clean and comfortable waiting room also).
