The folks at Craftsman were excellent from reception on through the repair process itself. Proactive communicators (text message updates with expected ready by notifications). And an AMAZING car wash was the bonus. My car mats never looked so good. The repair was entirely satisfactory. Could not be more pleased with the experience.
