Phenomenal team here at Craftsman Collision! Communication was clear and direct throughout our entire repair process. Ben, Scott, and the team answered all our questions thoroughly. Our vehicle was in need of a major repair and now it looks like new. Strongly recommended!
Needed truck to be repaired and decided to go to Craftsman Collision. Overall shop did a great job. Great contacting to let me know what’s going on at the time. so knew what was happening and wasn’t guessing. If need body work on a vehicle will definitely be bringing here again but unfortunately the shop never called me to get a door done and time is up for that so I accepted damage.
Update June 2025: I recently had more work done on another vehicle, and once again, the workmanship, customer service, and attention to detail from the team at Craftsman Collision were absolutely phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend them for any auto body repairs. As an added bonus, they detailed my truck to a near factory-new condition — it looks incredible.
