Great service and very happy with the repair
They did an awesome job. My car looks brand new! They even cleaned and detailed the inside, which was sadly neglected and full of dog hair, so I appreciate that almost as much as the repair job.
I don't know what happened at this place of business in West Kelowna but it was the most unwelcoming, tense place I have walked into. Bottom line, the Assistant Manager, Scott Hampson, is a cold rude man and should not be in customer service. After my brief interaction, I was so disgusted with the lies and nonsense behavior, I decided to go over to CSN where I was welcomed without an appointment. Great experience at Craftsman this week. They were efficient, communicated well, and provided those little extras that are often lacking these days. (washed my car and topped up a low tire) Highly recommend!
