I chose Craftsman on Stevens Rd as it’s the closest shop to my home and it was convenient. It’s not all the time you feel welcomed & well taken care of as soon as you walk into a business, but Ben was very welcoming, happy, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed happy to take care of my Civic and to represent Craftsman Collision.
