We took our car to craftsman for a Collision repair very recently and from the initial appointment to picking up the repaired car was a very smooth and seamless process. We dealt with Preet and he did an amazing job of explaining everything and keeping us regularly updated throughout. We needed our vehicle back quickly due to a a previous planned trip and Preet understood the urgency and ensured it would be completed on time. I would certainly recommend bringing your vehicle here, they run a very clean and organized shop.

All the people I met there are very nice, they fixed my car less than one week.

Not once did I feel judged for the timing — instead, I was met with patience, clear communication, and genuine support through every call, even when I had a lot of questions. I'd especially like to shout out Akash, who went above and beyond to keep me informed and su... read more
