Craftsmen and crew were able to fully revive and rebuild the front end of my 20+ year old 4 runner after a front end collision. We got the car back in exactly the amount of time they told us and they even gave it a clean too. We’re very happy to have our car back in better condition than before!

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. The amount of time it took to fix a minor issue on my vehicle was outrageous. I waited around a week, they told me that it would be done on Monday and they then delayed it till Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, I called and they said it will be done at 5 pm, and I worked at 5 pm. I politely asked if they could at least finish it 15 mins before, and they said no. My car was involved in a small hit & run collision and I brought it to craftsman to have it repaired and i can’t say enough great things! service was great! everyone was friendly and considerate, and the job was done very quickly! highly recommend!
I rarely leave Google reviews, but I was so impressed with the service here that I had to say so. The collision was minor but my vehicle was undriveable. They were able to get me in for repairs in a fairly timely manner. Once my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me informed on timelines, and even pushed the final detailing through so that I could pick it up before the weekend. When I picked it up I was so pleased.
