2026 with another no fault of my own lol... Updated review on Craftsman Collision. Another solid experience overall in getting our front bumper repaired. They are great at responding, callbacks, and followup times in helping me get my ride and work to have done. The guys doing the work are solid at their crafts and strong at attention to detail. Friendly staff, fast and reliable service, and high-quality work. They tried to prioritize my car when I explained that I need my minivan to transport my daughter’s wheelchair. They were very understanding and helped complete the work as quickly as possible. Although my insurance policy did not include a replacement vehicle, they kindly provided me with a sedan for a couple of days at no charge as part of their customer service.
The customer service was amazing. Every person I dealt with was super kind. When I needed to take it back for a warrantee repair, they were happy to help and fix the problem.
I contacted Sam (the manager) about a windshield replacement for my car, and he referred me to his glass department manager, ensuring I would be well taken care of. From start to finish, the experience with the glass department was professional, friendly, and completely stress-free. I’m happy to have my car back; they took good care of me and the paperwork side was easy. Great service all around!
