Out of all the places in Vancouver to get your car repaired, I would recommend this Craftsman location! I previously had my old car repaired there about 5 years ago and returned following a collision with my new car (Subaru forester). The staff were communicative about the repair timeline, courteousness throughout, and made an otherwise annoying task in my day go smoothly! Sam and the team at Craftsman Collision on Main are top notch. Attentive and always easy to work with. Not that I want to be there again but if I need assistance I'll go here! If you have rental coverage, Enterprise picks you up for a vehicle swap. Craftsman also has loaner cars.
We were shopping around for repair, but this shop locked our ICBC claim number WITHOUT our consent, which means we have to delay body work for another 3 weeks because of the shop change process. If we knew Craftsman would do this without our consent we would not have called this shop at all.
This was my second time bringing my Rav4 into this Craftsman location and each time they have been incredibly helpful and professional. The repairs were done perfectly, they provided a courtesy car, and I really appreciated the ongoing communication when there were complexities in the repair work required and it took longer than expected. Thank you Sam and Bowen for all your help!
Craftsman Main St really went above and beyond to help get my car fixed and did so in a timely manner. They've been nothing but compassionate with me and thorough with the repairs. I couldn't recommend them more. I'm so grateful, thank you CC!!
